Monsignor Joseph C. McLoone has been appointed delegate for the Archdiocese of Philadelphia Office of Catholic Charismatic Renewal. Monsignor McLoone is the pastor of Saint Katharine Drexel Parish in Chester PA. He was ordained a priest in 1988 and is a graduate of St. Charles Borromeo Seminary.
